A nineteen-year-old student at the University of Notre Dame was fired by the coffee group Starbucks after posting a viral ticock in which the young man explains how he and his fellow employees want to respond to demanding employees. In one segment, a fellow employee, who played the role of a customer, tells his cold drink to be hot, for which Cervais grabs the drink and mutes “I’m feeling very sorry” behind his shoulder. Another segment, in which a customer once again appeared playing an employee, pleaded for extra whipped cream on their drinks, followed by Cervais to stack a mountain of whipped cream on a counter.
