Judith Carmona Missionary Hoax and Facebook

People who believe that mass executions of missionaries are acceptable have been terrified by Judith Carmona’s viral message.

The message turned out to be a hoax. @FlatheadMama, a Twitter user, claimed that he researched Carmona and 229 missionaries and discovered that news of their execution dates back to 2017.

He stated that the news was most likely false and urged everyone to double-check their facts before sharing them on social media. @FlatheadMama was correct because a similar message, claiming the mass murder of over 200 Christian missionaries, was shared about four years ago.

In 2020, this message resurfaced.

The Catholic Information Agency (ACI), according to larepubblica.pe, confirmed the message and confirmed that the Christian missionaries had been sentenced to death. According to some reports, 29 missionaries were sentenced to death, while others claimed 229 missionaries were sentenced to death.

According to the same website, the prayer series has been circulating on the internet for many years. Its origins can be traced back to a Catholic website that spread the same message in 2007 and to 229 missionaries.

Finally, the website concluded that the news is false and completely bogus.
