According to the new render published online today, Google may see a major, somewhat radical and much-needed new design for the Pixel 6 range.
A new report also claimed that Google is going back to two flagship phones for 2021 after launching only one Pixel 5. With Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, the company may also skip the XL branding this time.
More prolific John Proser than ever Front page tech Has published alleged images of the phone, he was mocked by a trusted render artist partner when he was sent “actual images of the device”, including hand photographs. Right now we are still taking pictures with a grain of salt, but Prosser’s CV is becoming very influential in this regard.
The images show a three-tone design consisting of black, white and a nice burnt orange on the top of the device, taking its edge from the Pixel 4 design. Other color variants are also coming, including a “champagne” that looks like “a good way to be Google” and can make a pretty penny.
There is also a huge camera bump that extends across the width of the phone. The Pixel 6 will have a dual camera and the larger Pixel 6 Pro will have three cameras, which will be viewing images. Prosser says he doesn’t have access to the specific sheet, so isn’t sure which camera does what at this point.
Moving on to the front of the phone, Google is reducing the large bezel seen on some recent Pixel models and this time may also have an under-display fingerprint sensor, joining many other Android rivals to adopt the technology.
Re-launched amid rumors, the Pixel 6 will be the first device on a new Google-made chipset called GS101 (Google Silicon) (via) 9to5 google), Which may explain the extra effort Google has made to overhaul the design. The pixel range has definitely become outdated in recent years and even the Pixel 5 definitely looks old hat.
There is no indication that this phone will arrive as soon as Google I / O next week. We expect it to meet the usual deadline with the launch of Autumn, joining the best Android phones.
